The Eiffel Tower and ‘the bright lights of Paris’ greeted the Class of 2008 to their Senior Ball, held at the Los Gatos Opera House on May 16, 2008. For many, this dance signals the beginning of the end of their high school experience. With emotions running high, students took the time to not only dance, but also to ‘hang out’ with friends to talk about and remember this moment.
The Class of 2008 Cabinet members, John-John Briones, Tyschell Mills, Tom Pashut, and Shivani Sharma worked all year on the Senior Ball, wanting to select the perfect venue. Their work intensified as the date neared which increased the stress. But, after the dance was over, they were relieved. They received many compliments and the comment that meant the most to them was, “This is what a prom should be!”
