The Fremont Choir welcomed the guests as they arrived for the Red and White Awards Ceremony, held on May 15. This annual event recognizes outstanding students in each of the departments. These students are helpful, kind-hearted and are a joy to have in the classrooms.
Celeste Madruga, career center specialist, organized the event for the 75 honored students. Since the students sat on the stage, their parents, families and friends had a spectacular vantage point that was surrounded by the theme of the evening --- Red and White. Next year, Ms Madruga would like to include a simple reception but still maintain the warm environment.
